This workshop is designed to support doctoral and postdoctoral researchers at UNIL in managing stress, anxiety, and burnout, which are common challenges in academic life. Participants will learn to recognize both early and advanced signs of psychological stress and gain practical tools for coping and building resilience. The session will be grounded in evidence-based practices and feature a mix of presentations, reflective exercises, and group discussions. By actively engaging in these activities, attendees will develop effective strategies to navigate academic pressures and enhance their overall well-being.
Note that the language for this session is English - if you would like to participate in the seminar in French, please consider participating in the session which will take place on November 29th.
The seminar is followed by an aperitif where you can connect with the speakers and fellow students in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere to socialize and discuss any questions you may have, or seek additional support and information. Participation in this session is optional - but if you inscribe for the session, it is mandatory to participate in the seminar (i.e. you cannot inscribe to attend only the aperitif).
